TIG Welding Rods

In GTAW (gas tungsten arc welding), TIG (tungsten inert gas) rods provide filler metal for welding metal workpieces. The rods, also known as TIG cut lengths, are fed into the weld joint to add material for the weld to be built up. The heat generated by the welding process melts the material from the rod and the workpiece, which then fuses to form the weld.
