Caulks
Caulks and sealants are materials that are used to plug gaps, fissures, and holes in order to keep pests, drafts, and water out. Small gaps, seams, and joints, such as those found around bathroom fixtures, or finished window and door trim, are filled with them. By sealing holes where cold air could escape, they help improve energy efficiency and create a polished aesthetic. Patching and repairing chemicals smooth out flaws and fill minor fractures in drywall, plaster, concrete, masonry, and wood surfaces. Spray foam sealants expand to fill large gaps like those around door frames and pipes.
