Shipping Policy

Lead time & Delivery time
Our wide product range come with varying lead times, and every item availability is subject to change. We have displayed system calculated expected lead times for each item. This lead time is the sum of Supplier Lead Time (in days) and the Turnaround Time (in days). This is the approximate number of days it takes to have the item ship from our partner warehouse and ready to ship out from our main distribution center after our inspection and packing process. Our Sales Order confirmation will have a more accurate expected ship date. This will be based on various factors including:

Actual item availability, which is subject to prior sale
Individual lead times of each item
If Partial Delivery is acceptable from our client and is also viable
Inbound shipping times
Special packing requirements and notes added in customer order
 The Delivery time from our warehouse to your facility may vary, based on your shipment method and delivery location.

 

Pickup Options
Currently we offer pickup options from our main distribution center in the UAE & USA.

Actual Pickup date and times will be communicated via email. Once material is ready for collection, the client is bound to pickup their order directly or through a freight agent within 15 calendar days. If material is not collected within this 15 day grace period. We reserve the right to charge storage fees and may hold your shipment if storage fees is not collected.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates
We offer various shipping options, including Air, Sea, Courier, Ground, & Pickup. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the chargeable weight of your products, and your location. At the final checkout page you may shown what the estimated cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. In certain cases, Shipping will be displayed as “0.00” or “to be calculated”, we will send you an Sales Order Confirmation, which will have the final chargeable freight.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

International rules for receiving shipments
- When receiving the package, be sure to ensure the integrity and safety of the package, check the packaging for the presence / absence of significant damage

- Open the packaging in the presence of a delivery or postal service employee if a defect is found, it is necessary to refuse the parcel and not to accept.
