Plasma Cutting And Accessories

Plasma cutters cut or gouge metals like steel, stainless steel, and aluminum with precision. On thin metals, they produce very little slag and cause very little deformation. Each cutter provides power to a plasma cutting torch and an electrode held in the torch. The electrode creates an arc, which is conveyed in a jet of compressed gas that is focussed as it passes through the nozzle of the torch. This jet of ionized compressed gas (or plasma) melts the workpiece material and blows the molten material away, leaving a cut or gouge.
