Disc Sanders

Sanding, grinding, deburring, and contouring are all done with combination belt/disc sanders and grinders. Sanders, such as disc and belt sanders, are used on wood and run at higher speeds than grinders, which are used on metal. Disc grinders are tabletop metal shaping and finishing tools with a round flat surface. Wood, plastic, and composites are all shaped and finished with industrial belt sanders. They operate at a higher rate than grinders.
