Wash Fountains
Wash fountains are huge, semicircular or circular wash basins that allow multiple individuals to wash their hands at the same time. Foot controls, touchless sensors, or push buttons start the water spray, which then shuts off immediately. Hand washing stations are more plentiful per square foot in wash fountains than in traditional lavatory basins. In high-traffic places, such as toilets in schools, stadiums, and manufacturing complexes, wash fountains can handle more users. Some wash fountains are built to withstand vandalism and self-harm, which is a design need for sinks in behavioral or mental health facilities that require antitampering or security goods.
