Screwdrivers and Nutdrivers

Tightening and loosening fasteners is done with screwdrivers, nut drivers, and keys. Nut drivers are used on nuts and bolts, while screwdrivers are used to turn screws. Hex keys are used to turn fasteners that have a hexagonal-shaped indentation in the head. Torx keys are used to turn six-point star-shaped indented screws and bolts. To prevent tampering, service keys are used to turn fittings and fasteners and are only compatible with one type of product or brand.
