Refund/Cancellation Policy

Returns Procedure:

Product must be returned in its original packaging Product isn't used or damaged

Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Product must have a valid reason for return (e.g. manufacturing defect, malfunction)

We will not refund a product if it doesn't meet these conditions

Items on sale aren't eligible for refunds

Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. İf you do not able take your shipment after receive to destination, you have refuse shipment, please note we not able refund shipping cost and 35% restocking fee will be charged.

 

SupplyApp.com Return Policy

SupplyApp.com offer returns for items within 7 days of receipt of shipment and refund (exclude two way shipping cost) will made after 60 days to same way as payed after parcel will delivered back . Most items sold on SupplyApp.com follow our general returns policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped by a seller are borne by the buyer. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued at over $75 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package does not arrive and you do not use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the A-to-Z Guarantee.

 

Warranty Items

If you have purchased an Industrial item shipped from and sold by SupplyApp.com that is defective and is covered by a manufacturer’s published warranty, SupplyApp.com will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item for the life of the published warranty.

 

Computers (laptops & desktops), Cell Phones

  • New desktop, laptops, Cell Phones or tablets purchased from SupplyApp.com that are "dead on arrival," arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchas and refund (exclude two way shipping cost) will made after 45 days to same way as payd after parcell will delivered back.
  • com may test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
  • Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
  • New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.

 

Documentation, Books and Software Downloads 

  • Documentation, Books and software downloads are not returnable after purchase.

 

Gift Cards

  • Gift Cards are not returnable after purchase (except as required by law).

 

Hazardous Materials

  • Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases are not returnable to SupplyApp.com.
  • Contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information.

 

Independent Design Items

All Independent Design items are sold by third-party sellers. See the section Seller Return Policy above.

  • You must contact the third-party seller within 15 days of receipt to request return information.
  • Orders are eligible for free returns within this period using a seller provided pre-paid return label. Free returns are only available for customers with a shipping address within the United States.
  • Returns are not acceptable if the items have been worn, damaged, washed or otherwise altered after delivery.
  • All returned items must have all tags attached. Items without all applicable tags are not acceptable for return.
