Foam

Foam is a polymer material made up of cells that absorb sound and provide cushioning. Foam cubes and balls are formed of a flexible, elastic polyether that compresses under pressure and returns to its original shape when released. They're frequently utilized for packing and sound absorption. Polyethylene foam sheets, strips, and rolls are used for shock absorption, flotation, and packing, whereas polyurethane foam sheets, strips, and rolls are used for building insulation and flooring underlay.
