Pneumatic System Components

Air-operated systems for transporting, chilling, and drying are created using pneumatic system components. Air amplifiers increase the amount of air produced in order to increase efficiency. An air-powered piston in an air cylinder produces force to move items. Cleaning, drying, cooling, and moving parts down a conveyor are all possible with air knives. Booster regulators are pressure regulators that boost and control the pressure in air supply lines. Sensors that authenticate cylinder functioning, identify location, and count piston cycles are used in cylinder position sensors. To ensure adequate airflow and pressure, pneumatic check valves prevent backflow. Components are picked up and moved using pneumatic grippers. Overpressurized systems are shut off or released using pneumatic safety valves. Vacuum ejectors pull objects along a conveyor by creating a vacuum. Robotic arms can pick up workpieces using vacuum pads. Vortex coolers and tubes cool equipment enclosures, electrical controls, machining operations, and more using compressed air.
