Rakes and Cultivating Tools

In outdoor locations, rakes and cultivating tools move, lift, and gather material or debris. Cleaning animal stables, shifting garden mulch, and pitching hay are all done with agricultural and garden forks. Hoes are used for cultivating soil, pulling weeds by their roots, and mixing concrete. Leaves, grass, and hay can all be collected with lawn rakes. They can also be used to loosen the soil, light weeding, and level the ground. During roadwork, road rakes level out gravel and asphalt. Weed-control rakes for lakes and ponds eradicate weeds that wash into the shoreline regions. For gardens and paths, cultivators and tillers loosen the soil.
