Pedestal Fan Motors

Fan on a pedestal AC Motors, sometimes known as yoke mount motors, are utilized in pedestal fans and some wall-mount fans as replacement motors. For mounting the engine on the pedestal, they have a built-in yoke bracket or yoke strap. The fan guard can be mounted directly to the motor's shaft end shield using studs. Pedestal fans, which circulate air in factories, greenhouses, schools, storage facilities, warehouses, and other large indoor locations, are powered by motors.
