Twin Wheel Casters

The most frequent type of stem caster is the threaded stem caster. On top of them is a threaded stem that screws into a threaded hole, bracket, insert, or socket on a piece of equipment. The casters allow the equipment to roll, reducing the amount of effort required to move or reposition it. Threaded stem casters are commonly used to add casters to equipment where there isn't enough area on the mounting surface for a plate caster's mounting plate to be attached.
