Air Treatment

Indoor air quality is controlled by air treatment products. In schools, offices, commercial areas, and residences, air cleaners (also known as air purifiers) remove or deactivate airborne contaminants and neutralize odors. Negative air machines (also known as air scrubbers) are used to remove toxins or pathogens from indoor air in medical and industrial facilities for abatement, restoration, demolition, and containment. Dehumidifiers remove moisture from the air, allowing indoor rooms to dry and preventing mold growth. Humidifiers give moisture to the air in indoor places to make it easier to breathe, feel warmer, reduce static shocks, and prevent wood surfaces and furniture from drying out.
