Door Locks and Deadbolts

Locks with deadbolts keep homes, offices, and construction sites safe. When the door is closed and the cylinder is spun, a solid, retractable bolt slips into a corresponding mortise in the door frame. To offer an extra layer of security, deadbolts can be used in conjunction with ordinary doorknob locksets.
