Nuts

To secure goods, nuts attach to corresponding threaded bolts or rods. Fastener threads are protected by cap nuts, which prevent them from projecting. To keep threaded bolts from loosening, jam nuts and lock nuts are used. Hand adjustments are possible for thumb nuts and wing nuts. Coupling nuts are extended rod connectors that connect two threaded rods.
