Surface Conditioning Wheels

Surface conditioning wheels are used to clean and finish metal, composite, wood, and glass surfaces with stationary grinding equipment or portable rotary tools. Non-woven convolute wheels are often used in bench grinders for deburring, corrosion removal, and metal polishing. Smaller unitized, non-woven wheels are ideal for deburring and polishing tiny or intricate workpieces using portable rotary tools. Surface-stripping and molded wheels are used to remove adhesives, welding spatter, rust, and paint. They can also be used to clean, shape, and finish surfaces.
