Cut-Off and Grinding Wheels

Grinding wheels and cut-off wheels have abrasive grit on them and are used for grinding, cutting, and machining. Metal, glass, wood, masonry, and concrete are all removed with grinding wheels. These surfaces are chopped or notchted with cut-off wheels. Power tools and industrial machines, such as angle grinders and bench grinders, employ wheels. Cup grinding wheels are used to smooth welding seams and prepare surfaces for painting, among other things. In toolmaking and sharpening, diamond and CBN grinding wheels are utilized.
