Lockout Tagout

Lockout/tagout (LOTO) products disable equipment so that it cannot be turned on during maintenance or repairs. To limit the potential of injury from sudden startup, they're typically utilized on machinery, electrical equipment, and plumbing systems. Lockout tagout devices are designed to fit certain items like gas cylinders, ladders, steering wheels, and valves. Cable lockouts flex around devices that are difficult to lock, such as handles and gate valves. Circuit breakers, connectors, push buttons, and switches are all secured by electrical lockouts. To limit access during pipeline maintenance, flange lockout devices conceal flange bolts. When numerous individuals are servicing the same piece of equipment, group lockout boxes and lockout hasps are employed. Lockout padlocks provide additional security at a lockout location. Lockout tags alert people to the fact that equipment has been locked out.
