Cordless Drills
The user's hand is positioned behind the bit-holding chuck on cordless pistol-grip drills to keep the tool steady and manage the amount of pressure given to the bit while drilling and driving. On vertical and horizontal surfaces, they allow ergonomic handling in a variety of postures. The drill is activated by pressing the trigger switch on the pistol grip. Because cordless tools are powered by batteries, they are more portable than corded drills and can be used in situations where a wired power source is unavailable. They employ brand-specific batteries that fit a variety of tools from the same manufacturer with the same voltage and battery series.
