Riveters

Air-powered riveting tools are used to attach thin sheet metal or metal plates in metal production and assembly jobs. Rivets or rivet nuts (also known as rivnuts) are inserted into a pre-drilled hole, and the tool compresses the fastener to attach it. When compared to hand riveting equipment, which need employees to manually compress the handle to place the rivet, air-powered riveting tools create more compression force, accelerate installation, and prevent hand fatigue and injuries. When compared to cordless tools, air-powered equipment are often lighter, which helps to lessen operator fatigue when used for extended periods of time. Because they have fewer moving components, they run cooler and last longer than cordless instruments.
