Utility Sinks and Laundry Tubs
Utility and laundry sinks, also known as service sinks, contain large basins for scrubbing, washing, and rinsing. In garages and cleaning or mop rooms, utility sinks are used for scrubbing and spraying large, unclean goods. Laundry sinks are used in households, laundromats, and hotels/motels to wash and rinse personal things such as laundry and fabrics. Sinks that are situated above or below the counter are known as counter-mounted sinks. Four legs support freestanding sinks, which have storage underneath. For increased support, utility and laundry sinks are installed directly on the wall.
