Tire Valve Stems and Cores

Tire valve stems are designed to fit into wheel rims and allow air to pass through to inflate tires. Tire valves, also known as wheel valve stems, have a tube-like structure with an inner core that closes the valve. They usually come with a cap to cover the valve and keep debris and moisture out. These tire valves are frequently used to replace valves that are leaking, worn, or broken. Some leaky valves can be repaired by changing the tire valve core rather than the entire valve.
