Platform Trucks

Platform trucks are wheeled carts with a level deck that can conveniently load and unload large or heavy products onto or off of trucks to move them from one location to another. In industrial facilities, steel-deck platform trucks are the standard choice for transferring large or heavy objects. Metal-deck platform trucks with corrosion-resistant metal decks are composed of aluminum or stainless steel and do not rust when exposed to moisture. Powered metal-deck platform trucks are powered, which reduces strain and injury while transporting heavy cargo and increases production. Impact-resistant plastic-deck platform trucks can endure chemical and moisture exposure. Compared to metal-deck platform trucks, wooden-deck platform trucks produce less noise and are less prone to damage sensitive materials and finishes on the objects they transport.
