Hydraulic Quick Couplers
Fluid and gas transfer, tool assembly, diagnostics, and other jobs that require frequent changing out of equipment benefit from hydraulic quick-connect couplings, which provide a fluidtight seal to maintain pressure and facilitate equipment changes. Couplings connect hydraulic lines to tools or equipment with two parts: a coupling body (socket or female end) and a coupling plug (male end). Push-to-connect, pull-to-connect, threaded connectors, and universal interchanges are examples of coupling connection types. Couplings with specific features including flush-face designs, self-sealing poppet valves, single- or double-shutoff valves, and sleeves control spills, air inclusion, and disconnects (automatic, manual, locking).
