Gas Springs and Dampers
Gas springs and dampers influence the pace at which doors, hatches, access panels, and other items open and close. They contain compressed gas, which allows for smoother movement and reduces wear compared to coiled metal springs. Gas springs, often known as gas lifts, provide a pushing or pulling force for things like automobile tailgates and machinery hatches. Dampers reduce the speed with which lids or doors close, allowing them to close gently and silently without causing harm.
